Green living is the life for me

Keep Manhattan, just give me that countryside. The Green Living Show ran at the Direct Energy Centre in the CNE grounds, powered by hordes of hard working gerbils running in wheels and that giant windmill close by. An eco friendly fashion show was put on, emceed by Kelly Drennan, founder of Fashion Takes Action, and the models were fierce – I think it was the blue stripe on the face, maybe they were Scottish/Amazon eco-warriors.

Maybe they had to be fierce because there was a big bear wandering freely around the pine trees inside the hall, looking for fires, or smokers. The smokers were also fierce because they couldn’t smoke and there were so many home grown herbs around!

Visitors could always enjoy a tasty sample of brew at the craft beer tasting area.

Toronto Spring Motorcycle Show 2011

I have seen some bikes out on the road now that the snow is off the roads and the temperatures are starting to climb. While snowmobilers wait for the first flakes of the season to hit the trails, bikers check the sun, wait for Wiarton Willie's prediction of Spring and then, when the conditions are right - out come the choppers. For bikers, or biker want to be's, it's time to drool over motorcycles and biker chicks. Leather and tattoos were the dress of the day but most of the motorcycle milfs were a little too conservative at this party.

Full leather outfits are a little binding, so cut out the ass and feel the breeze in your new chaps. You can then use your chaps on the trip to Port Dover on Friday, May 13th 2011. It will be a little cooler this May as compared to last year's August run so you might actually want to leave the ass in your motorcycle pants.

The show was smaller than I thought it would be and didn't have that much going on but it had some beautiful models and a couple of really far out choppers on display.

Located at the International Centre, the Toronto Spring Motorcycle show was on April 9 & 10, 2011. Here is the information and here is an online coupon for $2 off. Besides making sure their metal shines like a second sun, bikers must always be thinking about crashing because they tend to like the skull and zombie motif - sounds like the end of the line to me baby.

Sucker Punch and Babydoll

Sucker Punch the Warner Bros movie opens tomorrow (Friday, March 25, 2011) and it looks freaky fantastic. "Close your eyes. Open your mind. You will be unprepared." Baby Doll (Emily Browning) uses her imagination to try to escape from a mental institution and a planned lobotomy.

Hot, Hot Car Show

The 2011 Toronto Performance Custom Car and Truck Show had it all - I even think there were some cars and trucks there. You would think that summer was already here with all the short, shorts and tank tops.

It certainly had some lovely car models helping to promote the event and the various vendors filling the halls of the International Centre. Not only were the models great to look at, they were happy to have their pictures taken.

Performance World Custom Car & Truck Show 2011

See you down at the show today at the International Centre for the Performance World Custom Car and Truck Show . Don't forget it is cars and trucks, both in the same place. If you see me say hi!

Wow the joint was jam packed with all types of vehicles, visitors and girls, girls, girls. Getting into the show was an extremely large lineup which moved fast as you could only pay cash - $20 plus tax! Several halls were filled with cars with the final hall full of tuners - heart pounding music pumping through ears and plenty of models.
